When I saw the splash art I was super excited for the new Nami skin. I loved the brightness of the colors. However, her model appears really muted in comparison. The pink is especially drab and looks a bit... dirty. Would it be possible to match the vibrancy of the splash art?

fan, I agree. The splash art led me on a tad to imagine it to be brighter, at least in saturation.
And, honestly.. The Piranhas kind of kill it for me a bit. It's honestly my only real issue with the skin. The fish couldn't be anything more whimsical or fitting..?
Lady Luck1 votesI think (just taking a guess) that the piranhas are there because the skin is based on some myth(s) from Brazil/the Amazon. And piranhas are the best known fish in the Amazon river. That's why the preview is on the BR site. (It appears as thought the design is from a lilypad Amazon myth with audio/story from a siren-esque mermaid myth from BR.)
This may be a case where it makes sense where the skin's inspiration is from, but outside of that area in the world... it's confusing and Riot needs to educate us :( (In the past Riot has stated this issue being a difficulty of skins inspired by regional folklore or culture.)
