What's the point of bringing that feature back if we can't play it whenever we want? Each ranked team has different schedules...

Did I misread or something?

Or is that schedule only for those who want to play it without tier restrictions?

That schedule is for those who want to play Ranked Teams without the tier restrictions. You can still play as a full 5 man team in the regular Dynamic Queue whenever you want, if you fit the tier restrictions.
