Taric VU. Imagine His 'Shatter' Active Makes Him Shirtless When On Cooldown

Active: Breaks off his top armor while activating this ability

While passive is on cooldown, he is shirtless.

And I'm actually not a fan of making Taric a joke. Would actually like him to be taken more seriously but I think this idea, in my opinion, can be cool nonetheless
