I know it's awesome when you get rematched with someone you just dominated a game with, but when you get stuck with the same rager or troll who lost you the last game? That blows. Riot can you implement a rule in matchmaking that unless you duo queue or make a 5 person team, you're not matched with the same people again for a 24 hour period at least?
It's really frustrating when I get punished for not wanting to play with a rager or troll.

MackleDoge1 votesYea it gets problematic at higher MMR's where the population density really dwindles. If you watch challenger streams you'll see queue times of up to ~20 minutes and that isn't really fun for anybody. So while your system might have some merit for ~Bronze-Silver MMR it has a drastic impact higher up. I think what Riot might want to consider is a slightly different weighting value on the fact that you "ignored" a summoner in their matchmaking system. While you don't really have the right to never have to play with or against them ever, you do have a reasonable expectation to not see them over and over again in a small time frame.
