So I got chat restricted...

I don't know where to look for this particular information, but I was just recently chat banned (and to be honest, thank you Riot for that I think I needed it pretty badly), and I cannot play ranked now. Could I get an explanation for this? Please?

Edit: I just want to know if the amount of games I am chat restricted for is equal to the amount of normal games I have to play before I can play ranked again.
