@Lyte: Are there any plans to allow opt-ins to Chat Restriction?

I've been told in the past that Rioters don't have the capability to help a player to opt-in to Chat Restrictions if they want it, as (according to your Support people) the Chat Restrictions are completely automated and cannot be manually manipulated even by Rioters. I honestly don't believe that; why create a system like that and not have manual overrides?

But since I'm not able to opt-in for chat restrictions like that, I instead go super-toxic when not chat-restricted to get back in as quick as possible. Call it an exploit of the system, but I like having limited messages. Limited chat means I'm MUCH less of a douchebag. But in doing said exploit, I worry that your automated systems might see one too many chat restrictions and go into suspensions/permabans.

I'd like to avoid that scenario, and instead just have restricted chat, so can we please get the ability to opt-in by request? If not, can you explain why not?
