Is it just me...

... Or has "OP" lost all meaning?

I mean, here I am playing League of Legends, pausing a bit to look at the boards and all I see is "op this" "op that". Hell, open ANY post with "op" in the title and you'll see the word "op" at least 5 times... per paragraph...

To me, it all sounds like children crying. I've played against every champion there is an didn't feel like something is MORE POWERFUL than everything else. Instead of bitching about it and crying for Riot to change everything for your grace to get his sorry ass to challenjour, why not adapt? Strategy is also a skill needed to play the game. Instead of always going for the same build over and over again, try something new! Something new will get introduced, you freak out because it goes against what you are currently doing. It's called change. :/

That's how League was back in the day: Riot released something, the game would focus around it, people would notice certain things would get picked more than others, predict it would be picked and make decisions accordingly. Yes, it's difficult finding a new strategy, but that's part of the fun!

tl;dr For those crying "op", it's as if you guys are playing rock, paper scissors and then cry "paper op" when all you do is open with rock.
