RITO, ILLUMINATI AND THE LASTHITTING EFFECT

I HAVE A HYPOTHESIS, THAT ONE DAY...no wait, that was DREAM and another speech...lemme start over

I have a hypothesis why bronzies stay in bronze though! Rito makes lasthitting exponentially harder down here! That's why most people after a 40 minute game average something like 30cs/10 Somehow, Riot (and/or the Iluminati) increases minion health just as you are to lasthit so that only one health remains on the minion and it is then eaten by the next minion damage! I have witnessed it numerous time, people are just not lasthitting at all in bronze. Since it cant be the players and at least for lasthitting you cant blame your team (well, maybe your support...) It must be Rito (or the Illuminati)
