Something needs to change with the tribunal/feedback system.

I have played this game for 3 years. Today, for the first time, I was sent a message saying that due to my, and other players feedback, the tribunal had taken action. That seems a bit absurd that in all that time, it was the first player. I understand, this game can be frustrating, I'm not perfect like anyone else, but this game has an inordinate amount of toxicity. More times than I can count I've been told to "kill myself" "get cancer" "slit my wrists" ect, and for the most part, these people clearly go unpunished.

And even if they do, a new account is what, 10 bucks? While illegal and against the rules, what these players are doing is against the rules in the first place, so I doubt they'll care. I feel like there definitely needs to be more of an incentive to either not be either positive/not toxic, or they need to be harsher on some of these players.

It's gotten so bad I'm just going into games and muting people, because I KNOW it's going to come at some point. I'm doing this because even though I'm generally a pretty happy and nice guy in everyday life, I've seen myself start to snap back after repeated verbal attacking. At the end of the day it's not me, so I've just taken steps to stop if from even happening. I don't know what the answer is, but there has to be a better system than what's currently in place.
