You make a lot of mistakes (and I mean quite a lot of mistakes), but for every mistake you make, you also have a success to point to. I think you genuinely care about your player base. And I think the small fraction of players that regularly use your boards and complain about all your mistakes care about you and your game. Otherwise, why complain? They could just move on to another game. No, they don't want to move on, they want to make your game better.

So keep doing you Riot. And try not to take harsh criticism personally, we only write it because we care.

I think most of Riot genuinely cares about the player base... I think their PB team only cares about shutting up whiners.

But ya, I think they're doing a relatively good job overall and I have few complaints with any other portion of their company.

They ruined the game for no less than 2 years to produce a single right patch.

I still say they suck.
