"this team"

first placement match and all I saw was people yelling at each other and saying "this team" and "gg". When I play normals no one even talks to each other besides the occasional "gj". I like my normal games where no one talks and yet we have such good synergy with each other. I was doing well, but no one strategized or listened to calls. In my normal matches when you ping or make calls people listen. Its so sad when I hear someone say "gg" or "this team", their ignorance makes me cry on the inside because the game has not ended yet and I know we could still win.
