Toxic n Trolls

I need some help with trolls I've been suspended twice chat restricted for a total of about 70 games. I don't know how to deal with them...If it was only a couple games a day i wouldn't care but its every game i can't control myself when one game theres trolls telling me to kill myself and that i suck and then the next game the same thing. Muting them seems just to hurt the game even with the pings. Also i am not disagreeing with my suspensions i do deserve them because i always insult them back but thats beside the point.
