At this point there has been multiple threads asking for Solo Queue and none were addressed by Riot employees. Considering that Riot employees comment on many threads, it would have been hard for them to miss hundreds if not thousands of Solo Queue threads. This means that they are intentionally ignoring these threads.
This thread is simply here to inform Riot that we are not stupid and we are able to see that they are ignoring us.

Promises of solo queue returning reassure players wanting it and people slowly start to get accustomed to dynamic queue. Riot knows what they are doing and they can't say anything at this point other then "It's coming back" which they are not going to do.

Seriously, how can people even think that RIOT will give them what they want? They're known for using mind conditioning ALL THE TIME! Remember when they said that sandbox wasn't going to be released? After the huge fucking hatewave they got, they said ''yeah we're reconsidering making a sandbox mode''. Where is the sandbox mode, a year later, and where are the posts asking for sandbox mode? They even talked about maybe giving us sandbox mode in their ''dynamic queue is great'' as a fucking pathetic, desesperate attempt to appease the players wanting solo queue.
People are starting to notice that Riot is full of shit, but it's going to stay that way, because unless everybody stops buying their pretty skins, then they're going to keep trying to shove their dynamic queue down our throats. They know that there can't be both a dynamic queue and a solo queue, because queue times would get even shittier than they already are, but they don't give a crap about their playerbase, they do whatever THEY think is right, just like Blizzard.

What if, Riot simply can't deliver on Solo Queue, for a reason they can't divulge? Maybe Tencent is just inherently against it and won't allow it (That's not actually how that works, but bear with me). What would you have them do then?

I'm not saying them saying Solo Queue was definitely coming and then not delivering is okay, because it's not. But it seems fairly obvious to me it was something like a mistake by someone who wasn't fully informed, something completely unexpected came up, etc.
And as such, I see no reason why people feel as if they haven't been being honest. Going back on your word because of a situation that comes up is different from saying something without the intention of fulfilling it. For example (And yes, I understand the scale of the example is somewhat extreme, this is simply proof of concept), if I said I was going to help you move and then my grandmother died and her funeral was on the day I said I'd help you, I'll have to go back on my word, but it would be okay.

Sadly, DQ is here to stay. It is so bad, that Riot is afraid to update the number of players play League of legends. Not since 2014. This season is flat out failure and we are only half way into it.

Sadly, it really is something they should do. Not everything can always go peachy. Delaying it will only make them look worse over time and it's a possible feedback when making anything really. They are just failing a really basic thing that anyone has to deal with in any kind of work, negative criticism.
If people get too rowdy, well, there are forum rules if they go too far. I don't expect them to respond to every single little thing, but they really need to address at least some of the more important aspects people have been discussing. Not everyone can be happy, but it would be better overall.

Lusoka1 votesThat isn't a finalized comment on the topic itself and it clearly is causing problems regardless by them not doing it. What would you consider the multiple threads that ask for it constantly? They're already getting angered fans, they're just flat out ignoring them though.
Really, in that context, they could actually say there is or isn't one and do the same thing with that thread. I gave my answer, doesn't respond to the thread anymore.
As I said before, if they don't go extreme to a point of breaking forum rules, that's a possibility with something people find negative. Same thing would probably happen if they decided to cancel Dynamic Queue to just bring Solo queue back, not to say they'd do that.
There is one thing though. You say that they would repeat pretty much the same thing, but it'd cause a firestorm. So since people reacted to it originally in this way, is this the rebuilt forums built from the ashes? They seem to have clearly survived stating an answer that isn't finalized, they'd probably make it.
