No key fragments in over 20 wins.
I've played with every amount of people from solo to 5 man and every game mode other than T T. Not a single one. Riot are you sure the keys parts are dropping properly? I haven't even got 1 this month

I've gotten 10 in last couple of weeks I've been playing alot of support and jg this month so maybe Support has higher D rate? Idk
As Riot says(or has actually stated) Key fragment collection does NOT go in a line but a curve. The more you play, the more chance of getting a frag goes down slightly but this resets at the beginning of each month. It's so that players who don't play a lot have a chance of getting key frags without it feeling like thay have to farm for it
