PBE rune thoughts yellow versus red

So i was wondering how are yellow armors going to be worth compared to red armor. Currently on live reds are at .91 and yellows are 1.41. This is a pretty wide difference at low levels.

But on the pbe yellow is only 1AR. And from what i can tell there is no change to reds at all. So the total difference will be only 1AR at 9 runes.

Runes are supposed to have meaningful strengths and weakness per slot. I feel the red and yellow divide will be less meaningful for some classes. I am not sure how this would effect game play but i am sure at some point it would; with health yellows now being also buffed.

Thoughts?

The rune changes will change things up, but this specific instance I actually really like it, as roles like supports and tanks don't utilize a lot of the makrs well at all. With the division brought down, I find myself using armor marks and other seals (usually armor/level, but some pages gold/5 or sustain) and it helps bring more of a diversity to viable rune options. Which was the intent behind the changes. Also, for those who do not know, all champs got a +4 base armor boost in PBE to make up for the loss in flat armor seals that everyone has, so don't flip out.
