Does anyone here speak fluent Italian?

I've heard a new song on the radio (nuova Luce by Francesco Renga) and can't fully make out the meaning of the song, such as the first line 'quanto casino nella testa' is how much money in the head? No that's not right.

And I've tried google translate, and I'm certain that the parts I can't figure out are wrong, like 'io sono marte tu la terra' translates to I am mars you the ground. I'm almost certain that's a reference to earth and mars, but google doesn't.

So I was wondering from the multitude of people on the boards if anyone could do some translating for me, and if they would be so kind.
