You think you can effect change on a game like this you must be kidding. Riot doesn't fix things that are wrong with the game cause it does not cost them money. The majority of the LOL community does not pay money. Why should we expect for them to do something about trolls and people who wish to ruin your entertainment? The only time I have ever received any reprimand was for going afk after getting trolled so much. And that is from the leave/afk buster. I got sick of playing with trolls. The biggest sore on this game are those who seek to force you off of it.

A great community ruined by d-bags. I have had days where I have had 2 trolls in multiple games. There is more than 10% trolls and that is obvious. If you think a Report System made by a business to govern the behavior of one non-paying against another non-paying player is going to do anything to change that, you are dreaming. I know what you might be thinking, and no they don't care about you if pay for skins either. It's not like you can return them.
