What are the best tanks in the current meta?

Hey, so I typically play mid and sometimes jungle, but I'd like to branch out and play the tank role as well. I don't care which lane they're in, but who are the best tanks in this current meta? Are Amumu / Garen any good?

Teemo Tankmo is the best tank because he elicits so much hatred that people want to focus him even if he has 3k hp and a thornmail.

First off, don't listen to meta.

As for the tanks, Naut and Zac are good at both any role. Top, jungle or support. Sejuani is also pretty good jungle.
