So who do you plan to play when 10 bans come?
With more bans and EVERYONE getting a ban they themselves pick, more champions will be out of your games which can open the chance to play champions that aren't played much due to being countered by too many things and all that so less common champions like let's say,
can be played much more frequently with certain junglers and 
out of the picture...that's one of the only champions that isn't played much I can think of right now so I will go and leave the rest to whoever comments. I know I can do 
with
