Would you please consider a min. 1 week ranked hiatus for new champions? @Riot

There is so many things that come into play with ranked and a new champion. One player might own a pbe account and have an unfair experience on the new champion. The champion might not be balanced one way or another. There still could be bugs or bugged interactions.

I feel a one week gap between release and ranked play would not be too much of a problem Do you really feel it would impact sales negatively?

I'm fine with new champs being available for ranked right away. It supports fast learning players, not only for playing the champ but also learning how to play against them.

Huge disagree!

Why?

In a competitive setting, ANY advantage is a benefit. If you know the champion and others don't? Well they should learn.

When Bard came out I played him religously, despite trolls/idiots/bans. Why? I knew him JUST FROM THE KIT.

You don't need to play a champion to understand how damage/skills work. A games worth of Youtube does wonders. You could Youtube search ' Aurulian Sol IN GAME ' and I'm sure Redmercy or Brofesco will have a video about them.

In a game such as LoL, it's adapt or be left behind. If you can't take the time from one patch to the next to figure out how a champion works from videos/reading, then you're at a huge disadvantage, even from champion select.
