@Riot (preferably Lyte) Explain to me how your "perfect" system works

I just played a game, was doing horribly, but admitted it, and kept trying my best. Went bot, wasn't able to gank after standing there for about 15 seconds, and left. The Quinn says "wtf. are you r%%%%%ed?". I said AND I QUOTE WORD FOR WORD "Please don't call me r%%%%%ed, as I don't deserve it. Did I disrespect you? No."

Later on, we lost drag because I died getting caught out (Admittedly, again, my fault) to which Quinn then says "You're bad, it's okay" and I said again "Seriously, I haven't done anything to you, so please stop"

Her and I had NO other words the entire match, I didn't disrespect my team, nor anyone on the opposite team. The game ended in GG, I complimented the enemy on their peels post game. Next thing I know "YOU'VE BEEN REPORTED FOR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE: VERBAL ABUSE"

Please PLEASE PLEASE explain to me HOW this is verbal abuse, or HOW your perfect system works.

Actually, explain both.

And please, when you look into the game, show the exact words that were identified by your system as "Verbal Abuse"

P.S. No I don't expect anyone who actually has ANYTHING to do with the reporting system to respond. I might get KateyKhaos (which is fine, but admittedly, she didn't build or work on the system, therefore doesn't know the full details) but that's probably it.

Definitely not perfect. My smurf for teaching my friend how to play got chat restricted for jokingly insulting him >.<

Last month, Lyte went to the Game Developer's Conference and talked about the behaviour system, the science behind it, and how it has affected the game for the better. You can find that video here. It is very interesting, I highly recommend watching it.

Don't worry about the warnings that you get. The warnings just warn you that you were reported. If you truly didn't do anything wrong in the match, when the system reviews your account it shouldn't punish you.
