Shadow of the Rose does no damage

When LeBlanc uses her R+ R to spawn a clone on the map it moves toward the nearest enemy and uses a non-damaging version of the most recently used ability.

Should it deal NO damage?

I can absolutely understand why you would not want it to deal a lot of damage, but dealing zero damage really does make this ability easy to ignore.

Yes, that is kind of the point. It is meant to be a psychological trick.

"Is it really her or her clone?"

But what if it did a little bit of damage, maybe 25%, or maybe some sort of conditional scaling where it deals a % of the maximum damage based on the % missing or % current health, .. something along those lines.

It would make those situations where it is 'most likely' the clone, still something that the enemy needs to look out for.

This was really just a thought. I suppose it is fine if it stays the way it is, but it kinda sucks when the enemy just ignores a part of your ultimate.

the clone should do fake damage

ie your health bar visibly lowers but when the clone pops it goes back to normal

xd

Could be interesting, but would definitely be confusing.

I'm not opposed.

It should definitely be no damage but I believe abilities like the chain should cast and stick to trick enemies into believing that they might get rooted.

They shouldn't fall for it if the hit did no damage... outside of rare stuff like Kayle/Kindred ult, I guess.
