Please don't change boom boom blitzcrank...

This is the proposed change... It has no where near the quality or sincerity of the current one, there's no feeling, it looks strange...

The NA Screen looks a lot more like Blitzcrank actually does and the background properly puts him in a ring where he belongs.

The other splash is just some gloves crappily photoshopped over a random Warmachine. Seriously why would he be wearing boxing gloves in the middle of a Warzone?

Also, a lot of people seem to agree that it's a problem with the new Chinese splash arts.. Which is true, some of them are really good but others are a downgrade... Hope someone from Riot sees this.

( Have a look on surrenderat20 if you haven't seen the new Splashes).

Didn't realize before but not to mention the Chinese splash art literally ripped the glove from the other image... Sigh...

Well, I think part of what looks odd about it is that Blitz's right hand glove was copy-pasted to the Chinese splash. It's flipped as well, but in the Chinese splash you can see a white halo around the glove where they tried (unsuccessfully) to merge it in.

In the original, "PWN" means something. "ZWq" doesn't.

Yea... i really don't like the chinese splashes. Theyre just too contrast with their completely different style which feels more like a downgrade that defeats the purpose updating the splash arts that are NA styled. It just seems like a super lazy move they just wanna suddenly import splash arts rather than update them to the quality they have been getting them to so far.

Traditional Lee and Masquerade Eve look admittedly good, but still im sure they can do equal to or better with a clean slate... just my two cents. I mean i know ALOT of artists that have the time to create a quality splash art that is even to the ones we have been updating with, for cheap. If a regular person like me deals with artists like that on a regular basis, certainly a titan like riot can.

See that's your opinion though. I happen to think all of the chinese splash arts looks way better. Hell there's a dozen skins i now play on buying that i was avoiding before because i hated the splash so much.

The chinese is in a ring too. Look at the chains and follow their 'arc'. He's on top of a defeated opponent and the ring is just barely in view. An awkward angle doesn't make recognition of this intuitive, however.

The only difference is the style (yes, you can argue quality), 'vibe', and the fact that one is in an outdoor ring, while the other is indoor.

they HAVE to make this change because of issues with tencent.

There's absolutely 0% chance of them not replacing the current splashes.

your only hope is they update those old chinese arts sooner rather than just leaving them as is.

The new one has nothing to do with Blitzcrank's model.

the NA one looks more like the In game model but the top one looks better than the NA version but since i don't play blitz ~~because i hate his overly powerful and binary kit with no real risks that makes him a cancerous champion~~ i don't feel like going into why i don't play blitz because of how salty ill get...

I know this is like throwing gas on a flame and I'll probably be downvoted to hell...

But I actually like a bunch of the splash art changes, Boom Boom Blitzcrank included. That said, I'd like it if they applied the more vibrant color scheme of the new splash to his current splash. That would be an adequate change.
