When there is clear proof by riot of trolling people in ranked should be insta perma banned

Ive had simply too many cases where "im smurfing" or "i dont care" where people literally say in chat that there intentionally trolling either to get back at someone or just because they can on a smurf.

When there is CLEAR CUT evidence and i mean clear cut. These people shouldnt be given a second chance or ranked restrict or anything.

They need to be instantly permanently banned.

Smurfs don't deserve to have smurfs if they are going to ruin it for the lower elos or even plat and diamond elos just because "its not my main so i don't care"

Ive had enough of this.

These people are scum and they deserve no consideration.

I understand people in normals being drunk or whatever it is. Ok theres really not much on the line

But when people on there main accounts are trying to rank up and someone on an account they dont care just ruin there chances at winning, Thats just terrible.

Imagine if all the pros in challenger just trolled everyone. There would be literally no point of getting challenger.

END OF RANT TL;DR Rito Please consider perma banning people that troll with CLEAR CUT evidence in ranked. Even consider Banning there main account as well.

i think thats a tad bit harsh. i dont see why a Rank restriction would do. especially when you yourself say "I understand people in normals being drunk or whatever it is. Ok theres really not much on the line". Just have them not be able to play Rank and they'll do this in Normals. I mean just because they say in chat that they are trolls doesnt automatically mean they are trolling. its the actions they do, whether its a certain champ, their build, or what they do in the game. All im saying is there needs to be something much more harsher than just someone saying in chat that they are trolling in order to get a Perma Ban. If they are continuing to do this Rank it should be a restriction from Rank and if it continues in Normals and people report them by all means hit them with the Perma Ban!
