Something Bothers Me About The New Team Assembly Screen

You get kicked for not banning. Three people ban. You get kicked for not picking. 6 minute penalty.

All in all, you need to be starring at your screen through the whole process. It used to be much more chilled. "Oh I'm not first so I have 30 seconds to look away". Now, I just read an email looked back (I was third so I guess I missed a ban) and I was booted and now have to wait almost 6 minutes. Seems a bit extreme. I get that during the game I need to be razor-focused but this is annoying.

Maybe pass the ban torch to another player if I miss?
