Argentina servers?

Just curious are there servers in Argentina? I may be studying abroad there for a few months there next semester and wanted to know If there are servers there and how much it would cost to transfer. I feel like the ping for Buenos Aires to Chicago would be awful. I know there's Brazilian servers but I don't know any Portuguese so I might not be able to communicate with people.
