Teammates being extremely immature and arguing nonstop, can I leave?

Ok so I just left a game (normal) where I think our jg afk'd (on purpose) because our adc was doing something, I don't even remember what. I think the adc was talking trash because he wanted to go jg or something like that and didn't get to. So 15 minutes in, we're getting absolutely destroyed because we don't have a jungler. I believe the score was like 6-28 or something like that, and mid and bot were feeding HARD

So at 20 minutes, I started a surrender vote and said if we didn't surrender I was going to leave, because it was a waste of time and I'm not dealing with a bunch of jerks who are being immature and not helping each other because they didn't get the lanes they wanted. So the adc tells me if I afk, I'm getting reported. And I know at least our jg and mid were in a party, but I'm not sure about anyone else. It kinda seemed like maybe the adc was with them. So two people voted no, the surrender vote failed, and I left

Now I know you'd have to witness what was going on in the game to know what exactly what happened obviously. But basically what happened was our jungler got mad, afk'd, bot was arguing the whole time while also feeding, mid was keeping quiet but also feeding, at 20 minutes in the enemy had 2 turrets each destroyed top and bot and 1 destroyed mid. There was absolutely no way we were gonna win that, especially with my team bitching at each other constantly instead of actually trying to play

So I'm just saying right now that it was a totally justified leave, and if I get banned because of it, I will not be happy at all. I'm not gonna stay in a game and keep on trying with an uncooperative team who's more concerned with arguing with each other instead of playing just to lose at 35 minutes in. It's insane, and I'm hoping that people that go through this same situation I'm in are waved of a ban too, because there's no reason to ban them. I absolutely hate it when people leave games to be assholes, but there are people like me who aren't gonna waste half an hour just to lose without a single shred of hope

What I'm trying to say here is that, for one, I really hope I don't get banned. I'm asking you Riot, if my team reports me for leaving, since I think they're a party and all, I probably will get banned, at least for a little while. So if that does happen, is there anything I can do about it? Can Riot just remove the ban? And another question, would Riot even do that? I know you're not supposed to leave games because it ruins it for other people. But in this case, the other people had already ruined it. So in my opinion, I didn't do anything wrong, and I'm hoping that if I get banned Riot will see it in the same way
