Combine kills + assists into a single column/statistic called "Participations"

Nobody is looking at kills and doing math. Not only is it impossible with scaling values based on who they killed and how much gold the kill was worth, but it's redundant. You can still look at total participations to get a rough idea on how much gold each person has. You don't look at individual kills to calculate gold. You look at team kills. Combining kills and assists into a single column not only removes the whole "ADC's get a high score!" tendency, but shows proper respect to supports and junglers that don't necessarily get lots of kills, but are involved in a lot of fights.
