Not OP, just annoying to VS both in lane and late game. These are the champions that I personally swear at my computer when they kill me; fed or not I feel like they are freelo when I die to them. But they aren't necessarily OP.

most frustrating champs are the last champ or rework.
for exemple fking kalista infinite flash or boring azir that create new tower so its impossible to push. or cancer ashe so you absolutly need mercury boot, defensive mastery, +tenacity potion+irelia or mndo so she can't deal bonus damage so she waste her crit%. and some cancer item, like cinderhulk, new black cleaver and botrk that become too op recently again... all the recent change are unfun and cancer btw. I thknk they want to destroy lol, so they can release a new mmo.
