Not OP, just annoying to VS both in lane and late game. These are the champions that I personally swear at my computer when they kill me; fed or not I feel like they are freelo when I die to them. But they aren't necessarily OP.

Frustrating = free damage, dashes, low risk, high reward; and can still do crazy damage when behind.
Serevas1 votesDifferent people find different things frustrating to play against, there's no singular definition. I for instance find Heimerdinger exceedingly frustrating to play against because your lane is almost always pushed into the turret making farming a pain.
Additionally someone picking teemo, basically shuts me down from farming for most of the game due to blind. No champion should be able to prevent you from farming simply because you can't hit a basic attacks for x amount of time.

But both of those examples, they are strong for a VERY limited time; once you start roaming they become extremely weak relative to you. Frustration for 10 minutes seems worth it to dominate the rest of the game.
I agree that they are very frustrating for that time period though. It sucks to lane vs heimy.

Teemo then becomes a pain in the ass because when he gets Liandry's and you take a stroll through the wrong area, all of a sudden you're at half health and have to recall because you stepped on one of the many shrooms littered through the map.

Any champion sounds scary when you talk about them like that. But fact is, late game they are both quite weak compared to Kat or Riven who without being especially fed can nearly every game get at least a quadra kill.
Serevas1 votesEvery champion is capable of picking up a quadra/penta kill given the proper situation. I would frankly rather play against those champions as at least I know the player behind the champion is going to be exceedingly overconfident.
It might be because I'm in bronze, but I've never found those champions to be all too threatening. I'll simply take Cho'gath into the lane, or a champion of equally frustrating capabilities as they won't all be banned/picked out.
I play mid lane almost exclusively, so it's also possible that I'm just very comfortable against those champions.

for exemple fking kalista infinite flash or boring azir that create new tower so its impossible to push. or cancer ashe so you absolutly need mercury boot, defensive mastery, +tenacity potion+irelia or mndo so she can't deal bonus damage so she waste her crit%. and some cancer item, like cinderhulk, new black cleaver and botrk that become too op recently again... all the recent change are unfun and cancer btw. I thknk they want to destroy lol, so they can release a new mmo.
