I still have not learn my lesson Riot. Why, because I didn't even know why I was punish for besides giving my Team criticism In-Game. It's not my fault they can't take the truth and are in-denial of being bad when told.

While it's preferable that you understand how this is creating a negative environment for the other players, it's not entirely necessary; you just need to not do it. Telling someone they are bad doesn't magically make them better, and will most likely make them play worse instead.
Waiting for your thread saying your permaban isn't fair and you'll change your ways if riot reverses it.
You really can't criticize at all.
