It seems like the community thinks you are doing a shitty job. Also, a decent amount of those people that voted that League hasn't increased in terms of toxicity also don't think it decreased. Just that it seems about the same. People also voted that it hasn't increased, but that is just because they noticed that chat is used a hell of a lot less. So there are very few people that actually think the toxicity in the game has gotten better.
