Can I get someone to answer me just this one question.

Will Riot ever see something as good enough and just leave it alone?

I get that you need to keep the game fresh and fun to keep drawing in new players and keep the old ones. But will you ever see a champion or item as 100% complete? Will you ever look at something and say "no need to do any further work on that one". My prime example of this is Cho'gath. Cho is in a fantastic spot right now. He has a shutdown option by knocking his stacks off him, hes the only AP juggernaut, he has a great kit, and just feels so good to play. But would you call him done?

I'm curious about Riot's thought process. When is something in the game done? Can it ever be done?
