Looking to fill out a ranked team and add to community

I am looking for people to fill the roles of ADC, Mid, and Top on a ranked 5s team. We will NOT be the team to hit challenger but we are looking for a challenge.

Qualifications Gold or higher this season or last. Must have at least 3 champs for their role --Must be able to have more than one function.(example No jax/nid/rivan split push only players) Be willing to use Mumble voice client Stable internet Be able to play most tuesdays or wensdays around 8 pm PST. Can take criticism and can also contribute Willing to become part of a small community.

So I have a small community (11ish) of people that play league and meet solely on our Mumble server. Skill level wise we are silver to gold players, that all have been around since Season 2 or earlier. We can be rowdy and over all not a bad bunch of guys. Most days it is our group grabbing anyone who is online and having fun.

We the higher skilled players are looking to get some more players close to our skill level and play ranked with. This will be once to twice a week (decided when a full team of 5 is made). In case someone has to miss a night. Backup players will be drawn from the pool of our slivers.

Nights that we are not playing 5s ranked with only golds, We play with who ever is on in premades draft. Come play and get to know people in the group on these nights. Become part of the "family" and yell with us.
