I got reported for saying "stop calling me honey" this is starting to get out of hand

Like seriously i went into a normals and the only thing i said to the 2 duo bot was "stop calling me honey" with there 3rd being top lane because supposedly she was a "girl gamer" with her "online boyfriend" (sad i know)

afterwards i get the everyone has there bad days because there tri queue reported me for telling this girl to not call me honey. Wasn't disrespectful at all just said "stop calling me honey"

She comes back with "sweetie i can do whatever i blah blah blah im a dumb gamer girl" Anyway i just muted the tri queue and talked to the other person in the game.

Get reported

This is really sad especially if i get a chat restrict for telling someone i don't want to be called that.

You shouldn't be chat restricted for petty reasons like that. I'm sure the chats are being reviewed before punishments are rolled out. If you did get chat restricted, then you may have had a record of other toxic or negative behaviors. Or the way you said "don't call me honey" isn't exactly polite.

This is why we need the Tribunal to be completely refurbished and done so we don't have to deal with Troll Reports. If the system is completely automated atm, then issues like this would more than likely be apparent.

Normally, I'd ask "How do you know you got reported?" Because that leads in to a discussion about how the pop-up warnings never show up immediately after the same game that triggered them.

But I have a very different question this time: Who cares?

No, I mean, really. You got reported, for a game that, ostensibly, you weren't toxic during. So who cares? Literally everyone gets reported sometimes. Even the most positive and least toxic players get reported. But those reports simply don't matter. Either they never earn enough reports to get reviewed in the first place, or - if they are genuinely not toxic players - the review shows that they haven't been toxic and nothing happens to them.

So why even worry about it if you didn't do anything toxic?
