What do people who got banned/restricted have to lose now? They can just roll up your ranked and troll u, afk , feed and YOU will get angry at them, flame them, they report you and u get banend thanks to the AWESOME system. More restrictions, more happy players.

Nothing has changed about the way they handle this. Lyte made a vague or incorrect comment which led people to make wrong assumptions. Getting a chat restriction doesn't now and never has automatically made you ineligible for ranked rewards; you are ineligible if you're restricted at the time that rewards are handed out. This has not changed.
