Varus Ult is Broken (not OP, doesn't work properly)
I get rooted by Varus and I'm stunned. I can't shoot him or anything. I stand there and get deleted while I look like a vegetable. I checked the wiki and it is specifically a root. Last time I checked, a Root means you can't move. A Stun means you can't move OR attack. So what is the deal?
