Why doesn't the Legacy Client have priority over the Beta Client atm?

I, for one still frequently use the Legacy Client. I know it's slower and doesn't look as fancy, but it's pretty much a finished product, and I don't run into many problems. Yet, no matter how we try to launch the league client (even via the source folder in (C:)), the Beta Client is the one that's loaded up. And if we wish to use the old client, we have to let the client load up and then open the Old client with the "Launch Legacy Client" button. Why can't it be reversed? Or at least give us the option to prioritise which client gets loaded up, at least until the new client is finished and out of testing.

I realise it may not the the biggest issue, it just becomes kinda tedious going through this process every time I decide to log off league for a few hours or something. And just that not everyone has PCs that run League almost perfectly. Just my two cents tbh.

yes, i have the same concern here. can anyone fish out what the "launch legacy client" button actually does, so we can make a desktop shortcut of that? it's silly to load the beta client just to load the legacy client.

i want to use item sets and see my timers in full, simple as that.
