Make everything free and ranked cost money

Yes that's right. All champs, runes, rune pages, skins FREE.

I would rather pay to play ranked for the incentive it will have on deterring people who just want to fuck around.

Riot can do the math. Take what they made last year, divide it by the number of ranked games played and determine how much each game should cost so they make the same amount.

5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, whatever it is. Honestly, woiuld almost be inclined to pay up to 5 bucks per match just so I can lessen the chance of people coming on who are not focused, who don't take it seriously, and ruin it for everyone else.
