Are All Ranks As Troll As Silver? (Serious Question)

I know it might not seem like a "serious" question, but I'm honestly wondering, for people in gold and above; do people troll and are equally as toxic above silver?

I'm trying my damndest to climb out of this pit, but it isn't the skill of players that is making it difficult, it is people out right trolling the past week and a half (mostly week and a half, not the entire season).

• I just had a game where my jungler just thought it would be funnier to spam his emotes and follow around our mid laner spamming "gay" in chat, while our mid laner intentionally fed.

• Two games before that I had jungler that started suiciding to enemy jungler camps because reasons? Until our top laner joined in. No one was talking so it wasn't anyone making them rage.

• 2 games before that our support raged because they wanted mid and so they started just running down bot at the start of the game, stopped, then started again in mid, and so on.

I just wonder if getting out of Silver will finally even be worth it, or if this is just what ranked has become this season and I'm spinning my wheels in hopes of a better rank that doesn't actually exist. Starting to become less fun and just more frustrating with the way people act now a days for god knows what reasons.

Anyone that is above silver, what are your opinions on your division, and does it improve from my experiences? I wish this wasn't the norm, but it has become quite literally every other game this week. Sometimes I can carry despite it, sometimes it is just too tilting.
