Quick question about Caches

Quick question about the Caches and new Project skins. Is it that when you buy AND activate all the 750 ip caches (Decryper, EM Caster and Hyper Edge) then you buy the disruption cache when it comes out that you get a random Project blueprint? or do you get all of them? if so, im not complaining it just seems suspiciously generous of Rito to give out a brand new legendary skin for 150 rp and 2250 ip so i wanted to make sure im not misunderstanding. Thanks for any replies.

you don't get any of the new skins from the caches. all the caches are for are a special border in the loading screen. You do get an old project skin from the disruption cache though I believe, which will require project cores to activate.
