How do you get the Project: Yi and Fiora loading borders?

So for Yasuo and all the new project skins you can get the border just by owning the champ and the skin, what about Master Yi and Fiora?

You can't, you had to get them when they came out. They will never be available again (probably)

Yasuo is special, as he didn't get the First Strike border at all, so that's why he's getting one now.

New skins only get the border, if you craft them through this crap pseudo-Hextech crafting.

Getting other skins now, won't get you the FIRST Strike border.
