Unselectable Bots?

So, I realized after playing a game of Inter Bots and then going into a custom that Teemo, Jhin, and Olaf appear in Intermediate bots but arent actually pickable in a custom game. Seems pretty weird that they arent there as bots should function the same in CvAI as they do in customs. Not sure if this was a bug or not so I posted on misc.
