Blue is your junglers. It is not yours to come from mid lane to take every time it comes up, it is something that your jungler may wish to give you, but they are not obligated to give it. I don't tax your lane, so don't tax my jungle.
It's neither Mids, nor the jungles. It is a team game. Therefore the buff belongs to whomever will make use of it the best at any given time! If you are one of those junglers that smites blue away from mid out of spite because "you didn't ask" then please make sure you give me the name of your main so i can block you. I don't wanna play with douches like you who have a shitty attitude! And i don't believe for a second that someone like you doesn't tax the lane.
If you really want blues, junglers should be able to grab purple smite and smite all your cannons away, but of course you would report them for that, also blue buff gives 25% of the xp in a clear, red giving another 25%, so that alone, not counting the gold they lose, is enough of a reason they should be able to take it on their own. its in their jungle, its their camp, its their choice.
consider how useful it would be to have an ahri that can spam her charm on cooldown for over a minute. she lands a single charm and she forces her opponent out of lane, or kills them. then ahri has a big advantage in lane.
and what would you use the blue buff for? to complete your farm cycle 8 seconds sooner with the cooldown reduction? nice.
i'd rather snowball my midlaner without having to actually be in their lane.
Generally, the first blue is yours to facilitate clearing the jungle until you have the items to sustain yourself. That's pretty much it, then it's a team decision, not just yours.
The only reason this post has down votes is because mid mains wanting blue, no matter what. I'm a jungle main, blue is not mid laners, it's a jungler. If I give it to mid, it's actually that, it's a GIFT. BE THANKFUL. However if I have a mid laner that demands blue, I will not give him it because I will not reward his poor attitude. If he is feeding, I will not give it to him. If i think it's just more useful on me atm, I'll not give it to him.
It is a GIFT. remember that mid laners. That's why whenever I play mid, I will ask for blue, not demand it. I will not just stroll over and take it. And if I am given blue, I always thank my jungler.
I completely agree. When playing mana-dependant junglers, it is very frustrating when a mid comes and takes your blue without your A-OK. Plus, if they're doing bad, you're basically giving the enemy mid a free blue buff

Second+ blue is less effective on the jungler than it is on mid lane. Your chilling in your jung where you can afford to run out of mana and still complete your camps,esp after first blue, while your mid lane is in a constant battle. Imagine taking blue from xerath or LB, your basically handicapping them in lane since they are constant poke champs with heavy mana costs, but o you got to clear another camp. Its a team game and you should prioritize objectives correctly, like how the adc deserves to get red because it will proc it more.
STFU, the middle lane is the most important lane. When people say to group, 75% of the time it is in the middle lane. So if they need the blue buff to dominate their lane then it should be theres. It is only a very selfish jungler that takes more than 2 blues wit ha heavy caster in the mid lane. Unless the jungler is the main carry of the game it should not matter, and blue buff doesn't even give large rewards anymore...
