ITT: a memorial for lore event drive by victims

RIP in pepperonis, oh you innocent champs deemed not actually important enough to rewrite into a "main character" but who were just loose-end enough to shoehorn into a lore event, destroying any backstory they had.

Today we remember:

Skarner. His mission, his motivation, his very kind, now just dust in the winds of the desert.

Jax. The competitive ambitious champion of nothing, soon to be rewritten as a lamppost fetishist who travels the land looking to defeat people to prove he's the champ in his own sad little world, listening to the empty cheers inside his own head.

Anivia. Relegated to the Freljord for the crime of being blue and ice themed, Anivia now exists only as a category.

Amumu. His emotions, his effects on others, his search for companionship...rip in peace little zomble.

Rammus. Given nothing for years but nerfs, not even a proper joke animation, Rammus is now bereft even of his simple quest for discovery, an empty shell containing nothing but memories and nostalgia. Yup.

Gragas. They took his brewery, they took his companionship, they left him with a bit part in other characters' story and a hollow feeling in the pit of his much reworked stomach.

It's almost too much to bear. I...I feel like we knew them so briefly, yet... They were all so close to our hearts. I'm sorry, friends, we may have dreamed that some day you may have been put on the same level as other champions, but you've been left out in the cold, friendless and alone.
