Champs who can use a nerf.

: nerf her by removing her passive true damage + healing, this makes it too easy to win as her.

: remove his crit from just using Q twice, as it easily smashes everything or create more crit suppression items like Randuin's.

: we all know why he needs a nerf but lemme ask you something, WHY THE FUCK has he not been nerfed? EDIT: I mean no champ should ever have a 98% ban rate.

: Don't let his E be effected by CDR, seriously, it has such a cheap mana cost and can be used every 3-4 seconds at full CDR while still bursting people down.

: I'd go over his reason but people have called me racist for stating why.

Look, I think these champs could easily be balanced out, but Riot seems to refuse in doing so.
