How do you carry a team that is combined 16-33? When you're playing adc and mid top and jungle all have 4 deaths each by 5 mins. How do you someone ignore the fed Riven, WW, and Malz to win the game?

You don't. Now take your straw and go home. Maybe find a farmer that can use it.
U do what i do and pick them off one by one ;) Or u backdoor
Get a QSS 3rd item, then get a vamp then jump right back and make 
play by tower and make sure the support is warding around you.
If they dont help u then i think it would be best to bait them. If that doesnt work then backdoor
