Reduce Boosting
I propose eliminating duo queue for Tier promotional series only. Thus, you can duo from Silver V to Silver I, but duo queue games do not count towards wins/losses for going from Silver I to Gold V.

There are already systems in place to make duo queue less desirable. I don't think it's necessary to remove the options from promo series since queuing with a friend negatively impacts the MMR of your other teammates in a big way.
Duo raises your average MMR, also you can't duo with someone more than 1 tier above you.
