Riot:

There is significant disapproval of your current forces in the game. You must be aware: certain populations of your player base are considering leaving. My suggestion is: reverse your decision to "shorten" the game; the player base approves of the late game. Please consider an alteration to the death timers, to allow for longer deaths in early game, and shorter deaths in the late game. This puts more value onto "death" in the early game, without giving more gold to the killer. As well, skilled players are less likely to die in the early game. The current rules has lead to the scenario where many things less than an ace can wipe a game from completely full inner turrets [beyond the wall], at 30 minutes. A resistance must be allowed to exist. You must allow the players to riot. Only in the worlds do we seem teams surviving attacks at the nexus; lower skilled players are not allowed to rise again.

It is also my personal suggestion that you modify your ranking system to put the large portion of your players in the "silver" league; with players of basic skills in bronze, and with a lower league directed around players with disconnects/trolls/introductory skills--as currently even promotion bronze I league games will feature 4v5, or occasionally even 3v3 scenarios with leavers. Alteration to a "normal" curve will result in moderate skill deferentials in the lower levels, with the higher skill levels having their numbers slightly raised.

Because a large number of your players are in the lower ELO levels: this why the "ELO Hell" issues continues to exist. Currently, Riot says it does not exist, but I have been there: I have seen it! Many people are unable to progress their ratings, despite the progression of their skills!! It's really very strange there. . Currently, you have about 50% of the player base regularly playing games together, and this causes a uncomfortableness in skill differential.

You must respect the underground. You will lose a portion of your player base if you do not take action. I do not speak for the underground; I simply deliver this message, on behalf of it.

Thank you for your time. Riot has made many good decisions, and I am sure League of Legends can become even grander, if the right actions are taken.

I actually agree with the high death timers early game and lower death timers late game. Simply by that I'm sick of getting stuck with people who diver for a potential kill, only to end up with our bot lane giving up first blood followed by the double kill, simply over the fact that "its just two kills bro, we can make up for it"..

With short respawns, people constantly dive for kills instead of focusing on objectives like minion kills, turrets, and even an occasional free dragon, just because they don't feel threatened by giving up a kill in what they see as a 75/25 dive for a kill. But with their skills, makes it a 0/100 dive. The early game lead help develop a huge gold difference and power advantage in mid game. With long death timers, people won't want to sacrifice anything for a "I think I can get this." scenario. And then short death timers late game will create epic full build battles that everyone craves to being able to do.

Sadly, those times are short lived. Enemy team get lucky and end up as a 3:2 them, and they can destroy your whole base without feeling any threat. With shorter timers it'll allow for some fight back in a lucky situation. So the winners actually feel like they one, and the losers feel like they deserve that lose.

Thanks for reading, I hope Riot hears us and can shed some light on how they feel about our side of things.
