Does it get more satisfying than...

... winning a ranked match where:

1.) You haven't played ranked in 2 months. 2.) You're behind for 41/46 minutes. 3.) Their gold lead, at one point, reaches 10.4K. 4.) The enemy support takes to all-chat to tell you "your all bad." 5.) Your team spams surrender votes. 6.) Your team seems forever on the verge of losing their cool, either on your team or on the other team. (And you even mute one of them to not hear their negativity) 7.) You arguably "carry" as support (tied for highest kill participation on team, and second highest in match, with 67%), baiting the fed Yi as Lulu time and time again, offering yourself up to him only to "nope" the poor guy in any number of ways (Zhonya's, polymorph, ult, etc.) while your teammates focus him down. 8.) The other team is saying "gg," begging you to end, and making excuses ("report ashe for unskilled") even before you actually secure victory with a 2nd baron and ace. We still didn't even have a gold lead until around that 2nd baron. 9.) You spend the entire match, before the 2nd baron/ace, expecting your luck to run out, thinking it couldn't really be as simple as working together, staying positive and focused, and not wasting time talking.
