"Due to the history of combative comments and accusatory statements against those who disagree with you, we are deleting comments contained in this discussion. Please adhere to Boards Guidelines in the future to avoid future action."
This is hilarious coming from those who only delete comments they disagree with :,D
EDIT: Apparently the upvotes dropped from 5 to 0 right when a mod commented. I'm not hinting anything, but damn...
Lauchmelder5 votesMost of them do an actually decent job, but some of them are trigger happy when it comes to things they disagree with.
Marshbouy2 votesI saw a mod lock a thread that was discussing how support itemization was the problem, not ADC itemization, LOL
Dokkaebi1 votesThe thing is that mods have the power to lock/delete/ban whoever and whatever they want. And if they do it unjustifiably, they get no punishment or anything for it. The boards are under a dictatorship and we can do nothing about it. They censor everything they don't like.
Marshbouy3 votesYou went from reasonably skeptical to full fledge tinfoil hatter really fast there.
EndlessSorcerer6 votesTinfoil hats are just a conspiracy by the government.
Rather than protect you, they amplify your thoughts enough for their systems to detect. The false propaganda exists solely to ensure that people who feel like they have something to hide are the easiest to detect.
Deep Terror Nami5 votesWho, where, when? Throwing accusations into the abyss like this doesn't help us improve. We constantly say to come to us on the Moderation Discord if you have problems with an action we took (or didn't take), and are open to feedback that has value; we have made significant effort to ensure our moderation is visible to you guys, but we need something more specific than this to work with if you have criticisms. Boards Feedback would be the better place for this post as well.
Dokkaebi1 votesI didn't expect mods to see this. If I want to give feedback I'm sure to come tell you.
Furor Nexis1 votesNever fear! The Actual Riot Defense Squad is here!
Really though, there are a lot more of us Wardens / Arbiters now than there has been ever. We do keep an eye out on things and we'll always try and stop by to comment on stuff here and there.
Furor Nexis2 votesHey guys,
I know some of our actions can be outright frustrating to you all at times, however we are just trying to keep things in accordance to the rules. We all have different opinions and generally if something is locked / edited / deleted, it's down to the discretion of whoever is doing it at the time. Just be aware that we do discuss our actions with users on the Boards Moderation Discord so feel free to visit us if you do have questions or concerns.
